Soon after the completion of a 1,260 foot-long M.S.E. Wall, there was adverse movement in the wall and the slope above, resulting in significant settlement of 17 homes and rear yards above. J.C. Baldwin Construction Company was hired to implement a series of tiebacks and structural concrete to repair the problem and prevent further movement.
 
This project consisted of a 1260' long, 12'-22' high wall covering 22,000 square feet, and was comprised of 293 tiebacks and 1710 cubic yards shotcrete.
